S/A, R/A, T/A hard ducting and flex duct along with ceiling diffusers ok to drop ceiling tiles in restaurant, make-up air & type-1 ducting is Approved from hood to mechanical chase only. NOTE 1) rest of make-up air and type-1 ducting including clean-outs will be completed & inspected at later date. ( mechanical chase through roof) 2) deffered submittals will be required for exhaust fan termination & MAU on roof at final. 3) type-1 hood 90 degree termination is not installed will have to be inspected later.
