NOTE: Exit corridor through employee area...nearly totally blocked by storage - NOT ALLOWED ever.2) Remove the orange sprinkler cover from head near rear exit door, reinstall missing ceiling tile adjacent to it.3) Relocate the extinguisher & decal above it, blocked by storage in rear employee area, to adjacent to the intervening exit door near dressing rooms as directed on inspection.4) Unit # required outside of rear exit door into corridor & on tile at front entry (# 324 - NOT 214A) as shown on Inspection request form.NOTE: Intervening exit door by dressing rooms, can have "Emergency Exit Only" sign placed on it if desired.
