Comment: Zoning inspection. CO not approved. OK to extend CCO per Rich Fern. Prior to a CO:1) Remove the three poles located within the handicap and van accessible spaces located near the side of the old building. Currently vehicles are not able to park there.2) Repaint the handicap and van accessible spaces near the side of the old church so that each handicap space is 8' wide, the non-van accessible space is 5' wide, and the van accessible space is 8' wide. 3) Remove the lip on the wooden deck that transitions into the sidewalk so that it doesn't negatively impact the handicap access to the old building. 4) Remove all items that are being stored on the sidewalk that are blocking access for the handicap access. 5) Install "No Parking", "Reserved Parking", and "Van accessible" signs in front of the handicap spaces and the van accessible space.6) Remove the items that are being stored within your required parking spaces located on the south portion of the parking lot.7) Remove the canvas shelter that is being stored within your required parking spaces located on the SE portion of the parking lot.8) Paint the handicap parking spaces located in front of the new building.9) Currently there are seven handicap symbols painted within parking spaces that are located on the north side of the old building. Those spaces do not meet ADA standards. There isn't a van accessible space, there are no non-van accessible aisles between the spaces, no signs posted, and the accessible route of travel passes behind parking spaces. 10) Plant the required amount of trees or submit for a change order for the landscaping plan. Currently there are 8 spruce trees and 11 birch trees that are missing from the approved landscaping plan. There will be no more extensions granted after 7/1/2016. If the Certificate of Occupancy is not approved prior to 7/1/2016 then an enforcement case will be opened.
