Comment: Contact Bob @ 727-2002 prior to arrival. Inspection to include remaining H&M store items and the DAC Requested by: Bob Parsons 727-2002 bob@qealaska.com H & M store core and shell, and Dimond Center Athletic Club misc remodel. H&M store feeder breaker key access issue has been passed on this electrical permit. Providing key access to the H&M store feeder breaker is now a condition added to the H&M store electrical T/I permit. RTU related items resolved by ETL field evaluation.
