Comment: F14-1276 This request is for CO inspections of all remaining open permits for 5th Ave Mall. We expect this to take at least two mornings. The request will go in for January 15, 16, 17 7 AM – 9 AM. We will need an elevator inspector to close out any remaining elevator items, and to witness test the elevator functionality on January 16th. These include Permit Numbers: F14-1276 F15-1012 F15-1361 F16-1298 F17-1104 F17-1183 F18-1170 Kathy Tranum will be attending.
