The tiling contractor must provide the following letter on his/her letterhead: 1.Explanation of why the shower(s) were not tested or inspected by the MOA. 2.The name and listing information of the shower liner material. 3.A brief description of how the liner material was applied to the base(s). 4.A agreement of liability between the building owner and the tiling contractor in the event of failure of the shower base(s). 5.This letter must be signed by the tiling contractor, the general contractor, and the building owner.
