Comment: Requested by: Kevin shults 9079825724 kevinshults23@gmail.comFinal Zoning Inspection: OK to extend CCO until 9/15/2012 Prior to CO following items need to be corrected-1. 5 Aspen trees need to be added to the west side interior beds according to approved plan.2. 1 Rugosa Rose bush needs to be added to the west side interior beds according to approved plan.3. Re-stake Maple tree at the North East corner of perimeter beds.4. Re-stake Maple tree at the South East corner of perimeter beds.5. Remove parking blocks from handicap spaces on the west side of building.6. Parking stalls on the west side facing into the building need to be extended to 20 feet in length.7. Parking stalls on the west side facing C Street need to be shortened to 18 feet in length.
