1) STATUS: 3-09-2020 Comments to be addressed.                       3-25-2020 APPROVED FOR UNDERGROUND ONLY. CONTRACTOR TO PROCEED AT HIS OWN RISK.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) M0.1                             Lavatories LV-1, LV-3 & LV-4 require an ASSE 1070 point of use mixing valve per UPC 421.2.

4) M1.3 & M1.4                 Provide a reference to detail 8/M8.1 for a typical rain leader penetration through the floor.

5) M1.3                             Would it be advantageous to provide a HWC line down to the pool area to service LV-3 and EW-1?

6) 3/M7.1 & M1.5              The 2" vent riser serving the bathroom group and janitor's closet at column line 6 appears to be undersized per UPC Table 703.2 and is only called as 1-1/2" per Keynote #1 on M1.5.

7) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.
