2. Provide zoning approved parking calculations for all uses on site.  Number of spaces needed to determine accessible parking needs.  Scope of work appears to modify existing parking for main building. Comment addressed 5-2-19~RR

3. Review of site plan seems to be relocating or modifying several existing accessible stalls. Detail & on sheet C300 seem to reference only accessible parking for new restaurant.  Please provide additional information for the other relocated or modified spaces.  Please indicate what signs exist and what new signs will be added to main building to meet code requirements for proper signage and striping.  This will applied to the required R7-8/8a accessible signs and R&P-101 for all accessible aisle greater than 5 foot in width. 4. There are 5 18 foot parking spaces in SW Corner that appear to overhang into required landscaping bed and may be impacted by proposed planning materials.  Typical spaces are 9 x 20  and can be 18 feet if there is sufficient area in landscaping aisle.  Please confirm if this landscaping is required and is wide enough to allow parking with zoning,Comment addressed 5-2-19~RR

5. Advisory comments.  Detail 1 on sheet C303 shows detectable warning strips (DWS) being install at all accessible curb ramps.  There is no code requirements to installed these on the private site unless requested by owner.  If these are to remain provide a note call out to this detail for all locations that are applicable on the site plan or remove detail.Comment addressed 5-2-19~RR
