1) STATUS: 5-10-2019 Comments to be addressed.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. 


3) M003                Basic Materials and Methods item #13 instructs the contractor to provide water hammer arrestors and that they are to be sized per the schedule. Please clarify the location of the schedule.


4) M100                Clarify the note 3" RL UP (TYP) in the area of the Men's bathroom.


5) M100                Except for the mop sink, all FD-2's are to be provided with trap seal protection per UPC 1007.1.


6) M101                Clarify the size and location of the plumbing vent riser through the roof for all of the kitchen area fixtures.


7) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)
