1.  The following comments based upon the 2014
International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.
The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any
section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.

A:   The adopted international code are all 2012 edition
not 2009 edition.

B    The adopted National Electrical Code is
2014 edition not 2011 edition.

C.   What is the building construction type?

3.  REQUIRED EXITING:

A1. The code study shows occupant load of 58 people. Please show on the plans
the two required exits, and the travel distance and the exit doors hardware.

When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA
Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include
clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
