Advisory Information:

Comments for 8/25/11 submittal:

 

1.) Traffic review is considered incomplete pending an approved Zoning review and checklist.  Resolve outstanding Zoning comment #3 relative to the approved Community Development site plan. 

 

2.) Provide haul route information meeting the requirements of AMC 9.46.410.A; the shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

The haul route shall be: East on Dimond Boulevard to north on New Seward Highway to east on East 5th Avenue/Glenn Highway to Eagle River for the demolition operations. 

 

3.) Provide a Certified Site Lighting and Glare Analysis statement for the proposed lighting at the parking area.

 

4.) Please provide five (5) secured wheel bumpers, not less than six (6) inches in height, which will ensure that vehicles are parked within designated ADA stall dimensions.  The wheel bumpers shall be provided in order to prevent vehicles from encroaching on the adjacent pedestrian ADA access route. 

 

5.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments. 9/23/11 ~DF~
