Comments for 7/22/11 submittal:

 

1.) Traffic review is considered incomplete pending an approved Zoning review and checklist.  Please provide approved calculations for off-street parking.

 

2.) Provide haul route information meeting the requirements of AMC 9.46.410.A; the shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

 

3.) Please provide electrical details for the proposed site lighting. Provide a Certified Site Lighting and Glare Analysis statement for the proposed parking areas.

 

4.) Provide an approved, signed copy of the shared parking agreement.

 

5.) Please demonstrate how existing shared parking shall be maintained during demolition and construction phasing/staging.

 

6.) Please show the proposed traffic control plan for directing pedestrian and vehicular circulation during demolition of the existing lot and building fascia and construction of the proposed restaurant (barricades, sidewalk closed).  

 

7.) Please show the location of the refuse container.
